Website
services
There is no extra charge on standard packages.
A $400 set up fee applies to custom wedding photography packages. Within days, all wedding pictures will be launched on your own website. The webpage will be edited online by the bride and groom. Nobody will see your wedding photography before you decide to share the images. The online viewing will expand the audience for your images to family, friends and everybody who couldn't make it to the wedding.
The ordering process takes place over the internet directly. Bride and groom don't have to send around the proof book any more to different family members and wait until they have made their choice. Everybody can make their wedding photography order conveniently at home and pay by credit card.

Sales
tax
All California clients are required to pay 8.5% sales tax on all orders.
Photographers are currently debating with the State Board of Equalization
to drop Sales tax for the labor part of their services. So far without a resolution.top

open to travel abroad. Cost depends on the destination.

What
kind of equipment do you work with?
To each wedding I bring a combination of 35
mm SLR cameras from Nikon and a medium format Hasselblad with a
variety of lenses. For group wedding photography we use an on location light
system that is self contained. This means it will even work in the woods without any existing electricity. top
What
kind of film?
I use a wide range of different black and
white and color films, depending on the light conditions. For example
you can expect more grainy high speed film from the ceremony.
Sepia toned black and white proofs can be printed upon request,
please let me know beforehand. top
Is
there a backup camera/photographer?
Yes. We always bring at least four different
cameras to the wedding event. There will always be enough backup equipment and film
at any given time. My wedding photography assistants are fully trained MFA photographers
who would be able to replace me in case of emergency. For a wedding having more than 150 guests we strongly suggest having two photographers.

How
many years of experience?
In 1997 Gabriele Lange earned a Master of Fina Arts degree (M.F.A.) from the Academy of Art College in San Francisco. Wedding Photography was Gabriele's passion, so she opened her Noe Valley studio in 1998. However, her love affair with photography started when she got her first camera at the age of 16. The photojournalistic work has been published in Germany since the early 1990's. top
Do
we get to keep the negatives?
Negatives are released a year after the event
date. If the client has placed orders for albums and reprints in
excess of $2000 the negatives are released without further charge.
Otherwise they will cost an additional $300 for all of them.
